Summary:Two More Aviators Join Arctic Search. Two More Aviators Join Arctic Search Billings, Mont., Aug. 28. UP)— Two aviators, hopeful that six Russian flyers forced down August 13 are still alive, refueled their big twin-motored Curtiss condor ship here today and set Seattle as the next stop on their rescue flight to Skagway, Alaska. The flyers are Roger Q. Williams, who flew nonstop from New- York to Rome in 1929, and his copilot, Charles (Slim) West, of New Bendix, N. J. The pair expected to arrive in Seattle late today and continue as soon as possible to Skagway, where the plane will be equipped with ski landing gear and additional fuel tanks.
