However, he said, some glaciers in Greenland have been clocked at seVenty-five Scientists who have studied the Black Rapids glacier, about 130 miles south of here, said they believe that spring will halt the advance, melting the ice faster than the gigantic pressure from snow and ice fields high in the mountains can press the face of the ice wall forward.
