KING OF ARCTIC GETS OLD PAPERS BARROW, Alaska, Feb. 25. (OP) —Documents, possibly cast from the British ship Enterprise during its search for the ill-fated Frankiin expedition 87 years ago were in the hands of the "King of the Arctic" today. An Eskimo, who said he found the papers in a can on the Arctic shore 300 miles east of Point Barrow, brought the faded, crumbling printed papers to Charles Brower trader, known as the king of the Arctic. Preliminary examination showed they dealt with the voyage of the Enterprise, commanded by Captain Richard Collinson, which reached Point Barrow in 1854. Collinson later returned to London where an account of his expedition was published in 1889.
