GOLD BULLION IS MISS Consignment of $31,000 Disappear Route to Seattle. SEATTLE, Nov. 24.—Gold . bullion valued at $31,000 and weighing approximately 120 pounds disappear while in transit from Anchorage, Alaska, to Seattle aboard the steamer Admiral Watson, on her last southbound trip, it became known here today. The gold, beloning to the Dohney & Thomson company, owners of the Gold Bullion Mine in the Willow Creek district of Alaska, was delivered to the purser of the Watson at anchorage, but a thorough search of teh vessel on her arrival here failed to reveal the strong box in which it was shipped. Officials of the Pacific Steamship company, owners of the Admiral Watson, although admitting there is a son, although admitting there is a possbility that the bullion has been stolen, assert that as the vessel made stops at Valdez and Katchikan while southbound, it is probable the gold was put off at one of those ports by mistake.
