(/P)—Another fire scare, the second in two days, today thrilled residents of Nome still nervous from last month's $3,000,000 conflagration. At noon fire broke out in the kitchen of a home next to the telephone office, one of the few which did not burn on Second avenue last month, and threatened the entire neighborhood. A high wind was blowing, but it was finally extinguished after destroying the interior.
