Nov. 13 .—The steamship Vicotria, the last vessel of the season from Nome, Alaska, arrived here today with many passengers, $211,000 of gold bullion and a quantity of antimony and fresh reindeer meat. Skim ice had appeared in the Nome roadstead when the Victoria departed, but there was no sign of ice floes, the prevailing winds holding them to the westward.
