(/P) -- Characteristic of the freakish weather which has north this year, a raging blizzard held the Eielson-Borland funeral planes stormbound at Teller, only 60 miles north of here, yesterday after they had experienced ideal flying conditions the day previous on the 500-mile flight from North Cape, Siberia. The planes were held in readiness take off for Nome at the first break in the storm. The bodies of the flyer, who were killed when their plane crashed in a fog 90 miles southeast of North Cape, November 9, were brought to Teller in a cabin plane flown by Pilot Ed Young, Pilot Joe Crosson, who found the srecked plane January 25, and Mechanic Sam Macauley, accompanied Young.
