Greist, superintendent of the Presbyterian mission, said today congressional delegate, Anthony Dimond (D., Alaska), had succeeded in getting the post office department to send a special mail plane from Kotzebue, the entrance to Hotham inlet, Kotzebue sound, 250 miles southwest of here, to Barrow and other northern points.
