Plans New Air Line. Plans New Air Line KETCHIKAN, Alaska, April 3. (UP)—Thirty-six hours flying time out of New York, Pilot A. C. (Chet) McLean arrived here today in a four-passenger plane. He said he planned forming a new Alaska airline.
