Russian Aviators Reported Down JUNEAU, Aug. 8. --(AP) -- The Juneau Empire received an unconfirmed report this aftersnoon that the monoplane flown by two Russian aviation-scientists en route from Seattle, to Siberia was forced down at Bella Bella, on the British Columbia coast. The plane, piloted by Sigismund Levanevsky with Victor Levchenko as navigator, left Seattle at 10:26 a. m., and was due here about 5 p. m. A Canadian Press dispatch from Prince Rupert, B. C, said a plane, believed to be the Soviet flyers', passed over Digby Island at 3:30 p. m.
