Alaska Salmon Pack Reported JUNEAU, Alaska, July 18.—(AP)—The bureau of fisheries said today 163,981 cases of salmon were packed in Southeastern Alaska from the start of the summer picking season through July 11. In Bristol Bay 665,870 cases have been packed, comparing favorably with past years. Figures by districts are: Western, 31,075; eastern, 33,775; Icy Strait, 62,283; Yakutat, 11,801; Ketchikan, 55,212; Wrangell, 11,153; Craig, 13,862; Alaska Peninsula, north and south sides, 406,690; Kodiak, 115,435; Cook Inlet, 60,230; Chignik, 70,557; Copper River, 76,731; Prince William, 25,342.
