(/P)-- Carl Ben Eielson, pilot for Sir George Wilkins in his polar expedition at both extremes of the world, was here tonight on his way to Fairbanks, Alaska. He said he was representing eastern capitalists who are contemplating establishment of a commercial aviation service in Alaska, to include all its major cities and eventually extend to Siberia. He will sail north tomorrow.
