UP) —Eleven planes, 10 of them Russian-owned or chartered, were ready today to participate in a widespread search for the lost soviet transpolar flyers, missing since August 13. Generally bad weather, extending from Moscow, where three planes awaited a take-off to follow the course taken by the vanished Sigismund Levaneffsky and his plane, to Barrow and Coppermine, N. W. T., kept flyers grounded.
