Will of Will Rogers Admitted to Probate Will of Will Rogers Admitted to Probate LOS ANGELES, Sept. 18 (AP) Judge Arthur Keetch admitted to probate Sept. 16 the last will and testament of Will Rogers, actor- humorist, killed in an arctic plane crash. No official estimate of the actor's estate has yet been made. A routine, statement gave the value as "in excess of $10,000." It has been unofficially reported, however, that the estate would approximate $2,500,000. Mrs. Betty Blake Rogers, the widow, was willed her husband's entire estate.
