Astoria, Ore., March 21. - (I.N.S.) - A million and a half fur seals, their black heads bobbing above the waves, sported in the sea off the mouth of the Columbia River today, on the last lap of their annual migration from the foggy Bering Sea Pribilof islands to the South Pacific, and back again.
