Captain I. S. Collins returned to Spokane this morning after an absence of 18 months in the service. Dr. Collins volunteered in the medical reserve and was at Camp Lewis, Fort Flagler, the S. A. T. C. in Pullman and the Presidio. He received his discharge two weeks ago.
