Summary:Study extinct race of Indians. - Ethnologist to investigate skeletal remains in the lower Yukon. - To investigate the remains of an extinct Indian race of Alaska whose nearest relatives, so far discovered, appear to be Indians of Tennessee and Arkansas, H. W. Krieger, ethnologist of the Smithsonian institution, has just left for the Lower Yukon. His expedition is made possible by a grant from the Joseph Henry fund of the National Academy of Science.
