Summary: | Mining notes. Thomas A. Marlowe, Helena banker, and associates have taken over the Beaver Creek group of gold properties from the Whitcomb estate and George Powers. The property is a low grade gold venture, having been developed by the late Charles Whitcomb and Sam Goodman of Great Falls. It is a few miles north of the Ruby Gulch property in the Little Rocky mountains, north of Zortman. William Price, mining engineer, is in charge. |
