Bill Of Particulars Filed Against Former Idaho Political Leader. DETAILS GIVEN IN TAYLOR CASE. Bill of Particulars Filed Against Former Idaho Political Leader. BOISE, Idaho, April 5. Thirty individual items, totaling $858, were Included in a bill of particulars pled in district court here today Against Ira Taylor, who was charged in grand jury indictments with I failing to pay over public money to the proper authorities. Taylor will go on trial April 11. The bill of particulars listed 30 alleged sales of items from the penitentiary and Eagle Island prison farm. One was the $60 cash sale of a cow and calf to Harry Powers. The remainder were listed as receipts by check for eggs, milk and other farm products. Most of the checks were said to have been payable to. the penitentiary, three to Ira J. Taylor, one to Eagle Island farm and one to E. H. Kirkpatrick, a former farm superintendent.
