Not for nothing was good old Fort Yukon plotted smack on the Arctic Circle. One year ago Sunday Spokane thermometers registered two above zero, and enraged citizens were on the point of writing letters to the newspapers demanding that something be' done about it. For this coming weekend, the weather man promises to hold things just about as they have been, with maybe a sprinkle or two of clean snow, but little change in temperatures.
