WILL SEEK, ALASKA GOLD Parity of 105 AVill Set Out for North Today, SAN FRANCISCO, July 4.—Gold, the substance which has sent thousands into the bleak Alaskan vastness, will dispatch another band of present day adventurers from here tomorrow. The party, headed by A. H. Moore, Los Angeles, and numbering 105 persons, will sail aboard the schooner Fred J. Wood, built especially for the northern trip. They will remain in the north until early October. Moore heads a development company which owns valuable placer rights near Nome. The company did not have sufficient funds to develop the property, so friends of the owners were invited to contribute $200 each to defray the expenses of the expedition north. in return they were given the right to accompany the owners, work the property and share cooperatively in the returns. The party also is going fully prepared. They have aboard a radio set, Victrolas and live stock, including a cow. Nevertheless Moore plans not to waste any provisions so he posted a bulletin on the use of sugar which reads: "Sugar costs money. Take all you want, but stir like hell. We like the noise."
