Driving sheep along the trail near Donnelly, Alaska
Sheep from Kodiak Island after Mt Katmai eruption being driven over the trail. Each summer and fall herds of cattle and sheep are driven in over the trail. Frozen in the fall they are always ready to feed the hungry traveller.
