Boldt fed Seattle for 51 years, either from his various restaurants, bakeries, and concession stands, or at catered events. Boldt was also president and major stockholder of the Seattle Indians baseball team from 1919 to 1923. Boldt’s Restaurant, advertised on this card, operated at 1414 Third Avenue until around 1970.
