The ticket or day pass pictured here was issued for August, 25, 1909, celebrated as Hawaii Day at the AYPE. The ticket features the Hawaiian phrase, "Ua Mau ke Ea o ka ??ina i ka Pono," which is commonly translated as "The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness."
