The cover has a large photograph of the Lowman & Hanford Building, on the corner of First Avenue and Cherry Street in Seattle's Pioneer Square district. The piece was published by Claribel Murphey Blomquist in Seattle and by Otto Zimmerman & Son in Cincinnati, Ohio. The back cover has ads for four additional songs by Ms. Blomquist.
