| Summary: | This shows inside Scott’s hut, and what it shows is a box from the expedition in 1910 when they came down. This happened to be lamp oil for their lamps. They left the interior of Scott’s hut exactly as he had left it when he went to the South Pole. There were actually some dirty dishes with food in it yet, and things like that, that they never washed. So they left it exactly as Scott had left it. And for the chance to get in there, you have to go and see the chaplain as he has the only key. He will take you in and let people have a little tour of the inside.
