The purpose of was two-fold: to represent a little known happening in theatrical history that involved many great wits of theatrical comedy in New York during the 1920's. I wanted to recreate this historical representation to shed light on the attitudes and relationships of those renowned wits. Another aim was to entertain an audience, especially with comic language.
