Urgency. When planning antituberculous events it is necessary to take into consideration their effect on the epidemiological conditions. Goal. To research interrelation of indicators of treatment effectiveness of newly diagnosed patients with TB of respiratory organs with epidemiological indicators: TB sickness rate and TB death rate. Materials and methods. Retrospective analysis of epidemiological indicators was performed (TB sickness rate and TB mortality rate) with indicators of effectiveness of newly diagnosed patients with TB of respiratory organs (reduction of bacteria formation and excretion and closing of lysis cavities ) in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Ugra in 1999-2007. Results. When researching the difference of levels of the epidemiological indicators (TB sickness rate and TB mortality rate) depending on the indicators of treatment effectiveness of newly diagnosed patients with TB of respiratory organs was determined. The correlation between sickness rate/TB mortality rate and the indicator of closing of lysis cavities is higher than the reduction of bacteria excretion. Threshold level of indicators of treatment effectiveness of newly diagnosed with TB of respiratory organs effecting on sickness rate is 80%. Актуальность. При планировании противотуберкулезных мероприятий необходимо учитывать их влияние на состояние эпидемиологической обстановки. Цель. Изучить взаимосвязь показателей эффективности лечения впервые выявленных больных туберкулезом и заболеваемости туберкулезом. Материалы и методы. Проведен ретроспективный анализ показателей заболеваемости туберкулезом и эффективности лечения впервые выявленных больных туберкулезом в территориях Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа-Югры за 1999-2007 гг. Результаты. В ходе исследования установлено различие уровней заболеваемости туберкулезом в зависимости от показателей эффективности лечения впервые выявленных больных.
