Mr* Stanley Johnson of Picture Butte, uncle of the bride proposed the bridal toast with the groom responding and Bishop Lowe gave some well chosen remarks, During the dinner Mrs, Maureen RasmusSen sang "Because" accompanied by Miss El ine Johnson. Mesdames Betty Briggs, Mina Arndt, Annie Johns and Shirley Cameron were in cnarge of the dinner arrangements; Saturday evening the bride and groom were honored'at a calling reception in the’Assembly .-.all when guests were greeted by Bishop and Mrs. E.C. Clifton of Lethbridge and Mr. and Mrs. al Folliott of Winnipeg. The parents'of the bride and groom assisted the bridal party in receiving. Mrs.'Shirley Boychuck, sister of the bride presided at the guest ' book and Mrs. Donna Iandy, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Elsie Wocknitz, aunt of the bride, were hostesses. Refreshments were served by Misses Ifersha Stevenson, Victoria Briggs, Donna Johnson, Peggyann Coleman, Jolayne Gibb, Ann'Ririe and Carolyn Leishman. Gift tables were arranged by Misses Suzanne Racette of Calgary, Darlene Whitehead, Myrna and Elaine Johnson with Miss Lenore Thomson in charge of recording. Mrs, Margurite Thomson was in charge of kitchen arrangements. * Following their wedding trip the happy couple are making their home in Calgary, Mr, and Mrs, Warren Wilde and fam-i ly of Edmonton were weekend visitors at hhe home of their parents Mr, and Mrs. Blaine Norton and Mrs. Minnie Wilde in Welling, Mrs. Wilde re­turned to Edmonton with them for a visit. Lightening struck twice within 15 minutes in Del Bonita Saturday afternoon during a thunder storm.
