MUSEUM NEWS Our annual meeting for the History and Museum Assc. will be held on January 28th at 7:00 P.M. in the downstairs luncheon room of the Library/Museum building. We urge anyone concerned about our community heritage to attend. A woman asked the butcher: “Do you have a 20 pound roast?” The butcher wrestled the meat out of the refrigerator and put it down in front of the customer. The woman sighed contentedly and turned to leave. The butcher, who was eager to please, said, “That’s prime beef. How big a roast would you like?” “Oh, I didn’t want to buy it,” replied the woman. I’ve just lost 20 pounds and wanted to see what so much meat looks like.” The Magrath Museum would like to have a display of old wedding pictures of the past.
