I BEEF LIVER BOLOGNA they hide not their light, men feel brothers, sorrow and strife, TO MAGRATH I was raised in a town small in size, not renown, A town with a message to share, A message of love that's from Heaven above - A message that men really care. They've proved that it's right and A Beacon that's set on a hill, Saying service to others makes all Right now, and eternally will. In this troublous life filled with As the world rushes heedlessly on - There are folks thereabouts who give help, not just shouts, Who are willing their burdens to don. Their lives give us faith, their prayers give ms strength, Their love lifts us upward, along, To reach for the heights, to aim for the g«al, To seek out the good and be strong. Who knows where the end is, the good that's been dene, The lives that were strengthened or saved, By people who showed that they loved and they cared, As other folks trials they eraved. I'm sure that some seek the glory and honor that's theirs, For the service or good that they've shown, For the fruit that is harvested after the years, From the numerous seeds they have sown. But that's not for me, no credit is mine, For those I have helped on the way, . Folks back home made it possible, started me right - with than I must rightfully share, if there's ever a crown it belongs to the town, The town with that message so rare. ” Lester S. ” Lester S.
