Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Edukace dialyzovaného pacienta" je zaměřena na hemodialyzované i na pacienty na peritoneální dialýze. Cílem bylo zjistit kvalitu a míru edukace. Je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje 7 kapitol souvisejících s danou problematikou, tedy úvod, anatomií a fyziologií ledvin, onemocněními a možnostmi náhrady funkce ledvin včetně jejich podrobného rozebrání. Poslední dvě kapitoly se zaměřují na edukaci. Praktická část popisuje metodiku a výsledky výzkumu, ten probíhal kvantitativní formou pomocí tištěných dotazníků vlastní tvorby o 25 otázkách. Do šetření bylo zařazeno 180 respondentů ve 4 zdravotnických zařízeních. Potvrdilo se, že edukace je v dialyzačních střediscích na vysoké úrovni a sami pacienti ji hodnotí jako velice kvalitní a oceňují přístup personálu. The purpose was to know what is quality and a rate of education. The thesis is made up theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains 7 chapters relating to the dialysis - introduction to thesis, anatomy and physiology of kidneys, diseases and methods of renal replacement therapy. Last two chapters are aimed at education. The practical part describes the methodology and resert of questionnaire survey. That was to realize a quantitative metod with my own questionnaire contains 25 questions. There were 180 respondents in 4 medical facility in guestionnaire survey. There was confirmation of the a high level of educaion at the dialysis dialysis centers has been confirmed. Patients assess it a high-quality and they appreciate a health staff.
