Tématem bakalářské práce je současný životní styl seniorů. Teoretická část v první kapitole vymezuje pojmy životní styl a stáří. Druhá kapitola popisuje vnitřní determinanty životního stylu a kapitola třetí se zabývá determinanty vnějšího životního stylu ve stáří. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní výzkum. Jde o kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je hledání odpovědi na otázku, kterým determinantům životního stylu přikládají sami senioři největší význam. The theme of my work is the contemporary lifestyle of old age pensioners. The theoretical part in the first chapter defines the concepts of lifestyle and age. The second chapter describes the inner life-style determinants and third chapter deals with determinants out-side lifestyle in old age. The practical part contains its own research. It is a qualitative research aimed at finding answers to the question of which determinants of lifestyle the seniors attribute with having the greatest importance themselves.
