Haiti is listed as one of the agenda items on the agenda at the CARICOM meeting of Foreign Ministers in Paramaribo Suriname. Suriname Minister of Foreign Affairs cites Haiti as a critical discussion point and describes the process of Haiti entering CARICOM as a full fledged member in spite of the ongoing crisis.
