This survey is a cross sectional study from two Russian cities- Novosibirsk and Arkhangelsk (2015-2018). The study population was 4542 men and women aged 35-69 years recruited from the general population. The study composes of two parts 1) Base line interview at participants’ resident and 2) Health check at primary health care clinic.
