Description
Summary:A similar investigation into calving glaciers and iceberg production on Baffin and Bylot Islands was initiated by the Canadian Government in the 1970s. This is described and reference made to the Glacier Atlas of Canada which, in identifying all individual glaciers in this region of the Canadian Arctic, obviates the need to develop an independent numbering system when individual glaciers need to be identified.
