The new paradigm for the development of resources in the Arctic is a new concept of values, technological and technical solutions aimed at maximizing the growth of capitalization and the return on the main assets of oil and gas companies in real-time. Due to the growing interest in the development of hydrocarbon fields on the West Arctic shelf, the issue of designing ice-resistant hydraulic structures capable of year-round operation in the harsh conditions of the Arctic is of particular importance.
