In particular, in order to investigate the different contributions of the factors chosen for the analysis, the data collected for the selected countries are processed by an automatic tool. The research could represent a valid reference for the Public Administrations to monitor the construction sector and to define strategies and policies able to improve the sustainability of territorial transformation interventions and built environment.
