Izabrana tema i naslov ovog završnog rada su „Morske struje Jadranskog mora i njihov utjecaj na plovidbu broda“. Završni rad se sastoji od 4 dijela: Morske struje, mjerenje morskih struja, morske struje Jadrana, utjecaj istih na samu plovidbu broda. Ciljevi ovog rada Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na prisutnost morskih struja u Jadranu te sami njihovi utjecaji na plovidbu broda. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je nastanak morskih struja te sile i čimbenici koji su djeluju na njih, potom podijeljene su struje prema načinu postanka te također same vrste morskih struja. U drugom dijelu opisano je mjerenje morskih struja te načini mjerenja istih, te neki od ključnih faktora za mjerenje kao što su: elementi morskih struja, priručnici i publikacije za mjerenje, plitko-plutajući mjerači, duboko oceanske plutače, dopplerov strujomjer te kopneni mjerači. U posljednjem dijelu teksta opisan je i razrađren utjecaj morskih struja na plovidbu broda. The chosen topic and title of this final paper are "Sea currents of the Adriatic Sea and their impact on ship navigation." The final work consists of 4 parts: Sea currents, measurement of sea currents, currents of the Adriatic sea, their impact on the navigation of the ship. Aims of this paper The aim of this paper is to point out the presence of sea currents in the Adriatic and their effects on ship navigation. The first part of the paper describes the formation of sea currents and the forces and factors that affect them, then the currents are divided according to the method of origin and also the types of sea currents. The second part describes the measurement of sea currents and methods of measuring them, and some of the key factors for measurement such as: elements of sea currents, manuals and publications for measurement, shallow-floating meters, deep ocean buoys, Doppler electricity meters and land meters. The last part of the text describes and elaborates the impact of sea currents on ship navigation.
