U ovom završnom radu obrađuje se tema organizacija rada u funkciji sprečavanja nezgoda tijekom manevriranja broda u luci. Početak teme odnosi se općenito na organizaciju rada na mostu broda te također i na organizaciju na samom brodu. Nastavlja se s upravljanjem ljudskih potencijala na zapovjedničkom mostu te organizacijom rada tijekom manevriranja brodom u luci. Drugi dio ovog rada odnosi se na nezgodu tokom manevriranja kontejnerskog broda CMA CGM Centaurus u luci Jebel Ali u kojem je detaljno prikazan tijek svih događaja incidenta i sami postupci peljara i posade broda. Završni dio ovog rada bavi se analizom nezgode broda CMA CGM Centaurus kojom će se uvidjeti na veliku važnost organizacije rada na mostu te spremnost posade s obzirom na obuku. Na kraju navodimo probleme sigurnosti te promjene i radnje koje su poduzete nakon ovog incidenta. This paper deals with the topic of work organization in the function of accident prevention during ship maneuvering in the port. The beginning of the paper refers in general to the organization of work on the ship's bridge and also to the work organization on the ship itself. Further chapters continue with human resources managent on the bridge and the organization of work during the maneuvering of ships in port. The second part of this paper refers to the accident during the maneuvering of the container ship CMA CGM Centaurus in the port of Jebel Ali, which shows in detail the course of all events of the accident and the actions of the pilot and crew of the ship. The final part of this paper deals with the analysis of the accident of the ship CMA CGM Centaurus, which will show the great importance of the organization of work on the bridge, and the readiness of the crew with regard to training. Finally, we list security issues and the changes and actions taken after this incident.
