Tématem práce je problematika dvou rolí - role u1itele a role rodi1e. Cílem práce je zmapování hlavních klí1ových oblastí vyplývajících z problematiky konfliktu dvou rolí rodi1-u1itel. Empirická 1ást práce se tedy snaží poodhalit problémy, které rodi1e, respektive u1itelé zažívají v domácím i školním prost2edí na základ3 faktu, že jejich dít3 nebo d3ti studují na stejné škole, kde oni sami vykonávají profesi u1itele. Práce se dále zajímá, jaké zkušenosti mají v souvislosti se zastoupením t3chto dvou rolí ve vztahu s ostatními kantory v pedagogickém sboru, ve vztahu s žáky na škole a ve vztahu se svojí vlastní rodinou. Sou1ástí analýzy dat je také zmapování výhod a nevýhod u1itelské profese a zárove4 výhod a nevýhod zastoupení prolínající se role u1itele a role rodi1e. P2edložená práce je sepsána na základ3 kvalitativního p2ístupu získávání a zpracování dat. Využita je metoda analýzy rozhovor5. Analyzovány jsou výpov3di 1ty2 žen a 1ty2 muž5, u1itelek a u1itel5 gymnázia severo1eském m3st3, kte2í mají zkušenost s tím, že b3hem jejich p5sobení na této škole zde studovali i jejich d3ti. RESUMÉ The topic of this thesis is the issue of two roles - a role of a teacher and a parent. The goal of the thesis is to research the main key features arising from the issue of the conflict of dual role of a parent and a teacher at the same time. The empirical part of the thesis tries to outline problems which the parents, or let me say, teachers experience in the home and school environment based on the fact that their child or children attend the same school where they themselves work as teachers. Furthermore, the thesis deals with their experience regarding the representation of these two roles in relation to their own family. The data analysis also tries to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher job and also the advantages and disadvantages of the intermingled role of a teacher and a parent. The thesis presented here is written on the basis of the qualitative method of data obtaining and processing. The method of interview analysis is used as well. Statements of four women and four men, woman teachers and man teachers in the secondary school whose children also attended this particular school have been analyzed.
