Summary:The updated (December 2005) catalogue for the meteorite collection of the Italian Museo Nazionale dell'Antartide is presented. New acquisitions include 123 meteorite fragments from Antarctica recovered in 2003-04 within the framework of the activities of the Italian Programma Nazionale di Ricerche in Antartide (PNRA), one find from Libya, and thin sections from a recent Tunisian fall (Beni M'hira) and from two historical Italian falls (Alessandria and Monte Milone). The 71.5 g Miller Butte 03002 iron meteorite, the 1.5 g Frontier Mountain 03001 lodranite and the 20.7 g Frontier Mountain 03005 enstatite chondrite are the most remarkable new entries. With the new acquisitions, the collection totals 1104 specimens representing 34.470 kg of extraterrestrial material of asteroidal and planetary origin.
