Glorious, both fine glaciers, finely displayed. The Eagle, two grand tributaries, uniting near front (see sketch) the mountains on either side of Lynn Canal loaded with glaciers. Every size and form as if on display. At head of Lynn Canal, converging glaciers and their valleys showing cause of size and trend of the canal. Aug 10. At Muir Glacier.
