The other article, "An Alaska Trip", I read while on my way to Sitka, and was much interested in it. To my mind, it gives a splendid idea of the voyage and I am sure will be a very strong incentive to people to visit that remarkable region.Perhaps you have a good photographer in your vicinity who can take a photograph of Mr. Thomas Hill's painting. If not, could you not take it out of the frame and send it to San Francisco? Of course we will pay all expenses connected with it. I am extremely anxious to get the best possible photograph of it. Please have a negative made 8 X 10 inches I do not wish to hurry you in the matter, but the editors have put this article down for an early spring number and we have less than a month to get it ready, so any help you can give01913 https://scholarlycommons.pacific.edu/jmcl/26478/thumbnail.jpg Text glacier Alaska University of the Pacific: Scholarly Commons
