Orhideje su sve biljke iz porodice Orchidaceae. Porodica je dobila ime po dva gomoljasta korijena koja oblikom podsjećaju na mošnje (grčki όρχις „mošnje“). Druga su po veličini porodica Anthophyta, te kao takva, jedino nije zastupljena na arktičkom ledu i pustinjama. U ovom radu, glavni osvrt je bio na rodovima orhideja, koje dijelimo na autohtone i alohtone orhideje. Osim podijele po rodovima, pobliže je prikazana mogućnost komercijalne proizvodnje, areal rasprostranjenosti te područja najpogodnija za uspjeh proizvodnje orhideja. Prilikom analize tržišta, napravljena je analiza cijena, nabavnih cijena nekoliko trgovačkih centara te nekoliko lokalnih cvjećarnica. Orchids are all plants that belong to the family Orchidaceae. The family is named after two tuberous roots that form reminiscent of the scrotum (Greek όρχις "scrotum"). The second largest family Anthophyta, and as such, is not only represented on the Arctic ice and deserts. In this work, the main reference was to the families of orchids, which are divided into indigenous and non-indigenous orchids. Except divide, we demonstrated the possibility of commercial production, areal distribution and the areas most suitable for the achievement of production orchid. During market analysis, we analyzed the sales prices, the purchase prices, and successful sales in several shopping centers and local floer shop.
