Efecto del zumo de Passiflora tripartita var. mollissima “pur pur” sobre la acción hiperglucemiante de la adrenalina en Rattus rattus var. albinus

With the objetive of determine the effect of the juice of Passiflora tripartita var. mollissima "pur pur" on the hyperglycemic action of adrenaline in Rattus rattus var. albinus, fruits of the species were collected and transported to the laboratory to obtain data on their phytochemical composition, then the juice was prepared and an experimental, comparative and longitudinal study was carried out in the Laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of Trujillo. Statistical processing of the data was performed by analysis of variance. After the application of the juice to the experimental group for 7 days, adrenaline was applied, obtaining the average glucose of 107.7143 mg/mL and 116.1429 mg/mL at 15 and 30 minutes respectively, instead in the control group where it was not applied juice, blood glucose values were higher. These results were statistically significant (p≤0,000). It is concluded that the juice of P. tripartita var. mollissima in R. rattus var. albinus Adrenaline-induced has an antihyperglycemic effect. Con el objetivo de determinar el efecto del zumo de Passiflora tripartita var. mollissima “pur pur” sobre la acción hiperglucemiante de la adrenalina en Rattus rattus var. albinus, se colectaron frutos de la especie y fueron transportadas al laboratorio para la obtención de datos de su composición fitoquímica, luego se preparó el zumo y se llevó a cabo un estudio experimental, comparativo y longitudinal, en el Laboratorio de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Se realizó el procesamiento estadístico de los datos mediante el análisis de varianza. Después de la aplicación del zumo al grupo experimental por 7 días, se aplicó adrenalina, obteniéndose los promedios de glucosa de 107.7143 mg/mL y 116.1429 mg/mL a los 15 y 30 minutos respectivamente, en cambio en el grupo control donde no se aplicó zumo, los valores de glucemia fueron mayores. Estos resultados fueron estadísticamente significativos (p≤0.000). Se concluye que el zumo de P. tripartita var. mollissima en R. rattus var. albinus inducidas con adrenalina tiene efecto antihiperglicemiante. Tesis de segunda especialidad
