Interculturality as astrategy of approximation between brazilian and hispanic-american researchers in the decolonization perspective

This text addresses the interculturality theme in the decoloniality perspective in Latin America. The subject is inserted in the contemporary tendency of investigations and reflections on an other thought, with pretension and distinct approach from what is defended by Eurocentric modernity. The objective is to better understand the causes of the difficulty of Brazils effective insertion in Latin America and to point out possible paths for the rapprochement of nations. Methodologically, this text results from an exploratory bibliographical study, with reflections based on the theoretical contributions of thinkers from the Modernity/Coloniality Group and alike. It is known that Brazil turns politically, economically and culturally to the North Atlantic, with its back to Hispanic America. Interculturality intercultural education, in particular is thought to be a possible driver for integration and may be the way to bring Brazilian and Hispanic- American researchers closer together in the decolonization perspective. Este texto aborda o tema da interculturalidade na perspectiva da decolonialidade na Amrica Latina. O assunto se insere na tendncia contempornea de investigaes e reflexes sobre um pensamento outro, com pretenso e abordagem distintas do que defendido pela modernidade eurocntrica. Objetiva-se compreender melhor as causas da dificuldade de insero efetiva do Brasil na Amrica Latina e apontar possveis caminhos para a aproximao das naes. Metodologicamente, este texto resulta de um estudo de cunho bibliogrfico exploratrio, com reflexes a partir de aportes tericos de pensadores do Grupo Modernidade/Colonialidade e afins. sabido que o Brasil se volta poltica, econmica e culturalmente para o Atlntico Norte, de costas para a Amrica Hispnica. Pensa-se que a interculturalidade a educao intercultural, de modo especial , se constitua em possvel fator propulsor da integrao, podendo ser o caminho para a aproximao entre pesquisadores brasileiros e hispano-americanos na perspectiva da descolonizao.
