He describes the position of the magazine, its objectives and the significant role that the countries that share the Ocean Pacific will play in the future. The publication would include photographs and invite the readers to collaborate. Gen. Plutarco Elías Calles replies apologizing for not being able to collaborate due to his health status. / Correspondencia entre Rex H.
