ISBN: 978-5-94721-105-4 International audience Current paper presents a research focused on the planning course «The Geography of Arctic». The course is aimed at teaching geoscience to the university students at graduate level. The particular case study is Arctic, as this region is under-represented in the curriculum of the faculties of geography. The paper improves the study course of the geosciences in general and physical geography in particular. В данной статье представлен опыт планирования учебного курса "География Арктики". Курс направлен на преподавание наук о Земле (география и геология) студентам высших учебных заведений. В качестве конкретного примера взята Арктика, поскольку этот регион недостаточно представлен в учебных планах географических факультетов. Статья вносит вклад в улучшение и усовершенствование курсов уечбных дисциплин, направленных на изучение наук о Земле в целом и физической географии в частности.
