All except one had pure dysgerminoma. Ten patients had stage I, one stage II and two stage III disease. One patient conceived and had two normal deliveries after conservative surgery and hemi-pelvic irradiation. The clinical presentation, treatment and outcome are discussed against the current shift in management of dysgerminoma towards increasingly conservative treatment.
